. Arthur E. Schneider was born in 1866 in Madison, WI and died on February 7, 1942. He lived and worked in New York City (1905-1913), Cleveland, Chicago, Tampa, FL, and Boston, MA. He was a member of the American Watercolor Society in New York City. Schneider also exhibited at the National Academy of Design in 1896; the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in 1915; and the Boston Art Club from 1901 to 1904 and then 1907 to 1908.His address in 1901 was 30 Boylston Street, Boston, MA; in1902 and 1903, 246 Boylston Street; in1907 and 1908, 107 East 27th Street, NYC; and, in1926, 939 8th Avenue, NYC.
