BIOGRAPHY
Winifred A. Smith was a American painter based in Saginaw, MI. She was the Vice-president of the Michigan State Federation of Arts from 1912 to 1915 and she was President of the Saginaw Art Club from 1914 to 1916. She lived at 316 Michagan Avenue, Saginaw, MI. She is also known to have lived in New York City.
