Antonio Pascutti (1832-1892) was an Italian genre painter, watercolorist and draughtsman best known for his work on the decorations of some rooms of the Caffè Florián in Venice, one of the world’s oldest coffee houses located in Venice, Italy. This work on offer follows in the artist’s genre style works. Two women sit together, one playing a lyre (small string harp).

Antonio Pascutti (1832-1892) was an Italian genre painter, watercolorist and draughtsman. The artist was born February 26, 1832 in Trieste, Italy and died January 6, 1892 in Venice, Italy at the age of 41. He along with another painter, created the decorations of some rooms of the Caffè Florián in Venice.
