The artist ,according to ancestry.com ,was on the ship the Ponce in 1921 and came back to American in 1922 which had a destination of San Juan, Puerto Rico with her husband who went their for his work as a seller of cuban style cigars.

All the other time she spent in PA.  This painting is obviously San Juan
